Drew and I received word that our offer was being countered. After hearing what the counteroffer was, Drew and I discussed it and then called his dad and discussed it with him. After some thinking (well, actually, not a lot at all), we decided to accept the counteroffer.
Drew and I are homeowners! Not officially yet, closing will be within four weeks, but close enough.
Woo hoo!!!!!

Congratulations!! We just bought a house last week, and the whole offer/ counter offer thing is definitely just as stressful as they make it out to be on tv!
